i.g. Burton Auto Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Automotive Detailer for Milford, DE. Essential Functions Include, But Not Limited To

1. Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior
2. Ensure all work meets customer and organizational needs with the highest standards
3. Apply polishing, waxing, and protective coatings to enhance the appearance of the vehicles
4. Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces
5. Clean and dress tires, wheels, and exterior trim to maintain a polished look
6. Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and effectively
7. Inspect vehicles for any damages, defects, or necessary repairs
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

1. High School diploma or GED preferred
2. Work independently with minimal supervision
3. Must be customer service oriented
4. Prior experience in car detailing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
6. Good physical stamina, able to stand and/or walk for long periods and maneuver effectively around property
7. Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and/or twist frequently
8. Knowledge of different cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in car detailing
9. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Must be able to pass a criminal background check
12. Must have a valid driver’s license
13. Ability to read and understand product safety use and handling
