Chaparral Ford Inc. is seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in interior and exterior detailing with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to keeping the showroom and lot pristine. Responsibilities include moving inventory between locations, cleaning sold and newly arrived vehicles, running dealership errands, and performing housekeeping to maintain a clean store.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of automotive white glove delivery.
• Wet sand/Buff experience is a plus (preferred/not required).
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
• One year in automotive detailing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail.
• Transferring inventory back and fourth between both locations.
• Re-arrange vehicles multiple times daily around the store.
• Ensuring housekeeping needs are kept tidy for the dealership.
• Running day to day errands for the dealerships needs.
• Strong automotive exterior/interior detailing.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
