Job summary
Chaparral-Ford in Texas is seeking an automotive detailer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior and exterior detailing with meticulous attention to detail as you move inventory between locations and clean vehicles.
You will perform dealership housekeeping, run day-to-day errands, and use power tools to complete tasks. A valid driver's license and at least one year of detailing experience are required; we offer a competitive pay plan and a 5-day
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of automotive white glove delivery
- Wet sand/Buff experience is a plus (preferred/not required)
- Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- One year in automotive detailing
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Transferring inventory back and fourth between both locations
- Re-arrange vehicles multiple times daily around the store
- Ensuring housekeeping needs are kept tidy for the dealership
- Running day to day errands for the dealerships needs
- Strong automotive exterior/interior detailing
- Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
