Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $16/hour based on a 40-hour workweek. This position is located at 2650 W Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately. Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry standards
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
• Check fuel levels, warning lights, windshield damage; reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found; verify registration presence, currency, and matching license plate
• Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights or damages; remove vehicles from processing if needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; report hazards
• Operate cleaning tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to/from branches
• Maintain overall site cleanliness, including interior and exterior areas

Additional Responsibilities

• Improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past five years
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Willingness to stand and walk (3-5 miles) for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to elements like extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, odors, and loud noises
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
• At least six months of prior work or organizational experience
