Rydell of Independence in Independence, IA is seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities include interior and exterior detailing, washing, waxing, vacuuming, and ensuring vehicles are ready for display, sale and delivery. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen are required; prior detailing experience is a plus but

Responsabilités

• Perform interior and exterior automotive detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles.
• Wash, dry, wax, polish, and buff vehicles to maintain a professional appearance.
• Vacuum carpets, floor mats, seats, and vehicle interiors.
• Clean and scrub interior surfaces, including dashboards, consoles, door panels, and upholstery.
• Clean interior and exterior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Perform vehicle reconditioning and detailing to prepare vehicles for display, sale, and customer delivery.
• Clean engines and engine compartments using approved products and procedures.
• Apply tire dressing and clean wheels, tires, and wheel wells.
• Use automotive cleaning chemicals, detailing supplies, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing work area.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report equipment concerns, vehicle damage, or safety issues to management immediately.
• Work cooperatively with other dealership departments to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

Automotive Detailer Responsibilities

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet Rydell's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform interior and exterior automotive detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles.
