Rydell of Independence in Independence, IA is seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on cleaning and detailing vehicles to meet our high standards and customer expectations.

The position offers competitive pay ($16.00-$18.00 per flat rate hour) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and life insurance, retirement plan with company match, paid vacation, and more.

Responsabilidades

• Perform interior and exterior automotive detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles.
• Wash, dry, wax, polish, and buff vehicles to maintain a professional appearance.
• Vacuum carpets, floor mats, seats, and vehicle interiors.
• Clean interior surfaces, including dashboards, consoles, door panels, and upholstery.
• Clean interior and exterior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Perform vehicle reconditioning and detailing to prepare vehicles for display, sale, and customer delivery.
• Clean engines and engine compartments using approved products and procedures.
• Apply tire dressing and clean wheels, tires, and wheel wells.
• Use automotive cleaning chemicals, detailing supplies, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe automotive detailing work area.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report equipment concerns, vehicle damage, or safety issues to management immediately.
• Work cooperatively with other dealership departments to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

Automotive Detailer Responsibilities

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet Rydell's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform interior and exterior automotive detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles.
