• Use approved techniques and products (waxes, polishes, buffers, steam cleaners, etc.) to restore and protect vehicle surfaces
• Remove imperfections such as scratches, swirl marks, and stains with precision and care
• Clean, vacuum, and shampoo carpets, mats, and upholstery; treat stains and eliminate odors
• Clean and condition leather surfaces, ensuring proper protection and longevity
• Polish wheels and tires to a spotless, professional finish
• Inspect each vehicle for damage, dents, or scratches and report findings accurately
• Keep detailing supplies organized, properly stored, and ready for use
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to the letter
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure detailing is completed on time and at the highest quality level

• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
• Comfortable working within established processes, procedures, and standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

What We're Looking For:

This role is best suited for someone who:

• Is formal, precise, and methodical - prefers to follow proven processes "by the book"
• Works carefully, double-checking to ensure nothing is missed
• Values rules, consistency, and high-quality output over shortcuts
• Finds satisfaction in order, structure, and accuracy
• Is motivated by doing the job right the first time, every time

If you are detail-driven, cautious, and committed to delivering flawless results, this is the opportunity for you.
