As an Automotive Detailer at Smith Ford, you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle on our lot and delivering to our customers looks its best. From thorough interior cleaning to full exterior washes, your work will directly impact our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
No prior professional detailing experience is required, though a strong eye for detail, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude are essential.
Clean, wash, wax, vacuum, and detail customer vehicles and dealership inventory (new and pre-owned).
Clean upholstery, carpets, dashboards, windows, and interior surfaces thoroughly.
Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Smith Ford's high quality standards before customer delivery or lot placement.
Move vehicles safely around the dealership lot and service bays as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, equipment, and shop environment.
Assist the service and sales teams with general shop maintenance and vehicle prep work as requested.
Experience: Previous detailing or car wash experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
