GLS North America is seeking a detailer dedicated to vehicle appearance and quality. You will clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles to meet the highest cosmetic standards, ensuring showroom-ready results for every delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive detailing experience or equivalent
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Reliable transportation and consistent work history.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, wash, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles to showroom standards.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and address issues with the Quality Inspection team.
• Record time worked on each vehicle and maintain accurate logs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet production deadlines and assist with special projects.

Every day you'll work with a variety of vehicles while collaborating with teammates to ensure each one leaves looking showroom‑ready.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Vacuum, wash, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet cosmetic quality standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Inspection team to address cosmetic concerns.
• Record time worked on each vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
• Take pride in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• You have 1–3 years of automotive detailing experience.
• You have reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
• You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.
• You’re comfortable working on your feet, inside vehicles, and using detailing equipment and cleaning products throughout the day.
• You can meet the company's background check and drug screen requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
