Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Avondale, AZ is seeking an Automotive Detail Technician to perform interior and exterior detailing, wash vehicles, buff surfaces, and apply protective sealants as part of our team. This role offers hands-on work in a busy shop with emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced garage, handle headlights refurbishment, ensure customer requirements are met, and maintain tools and equipment for high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous detailing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash from the interior and cleans upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces.
• Apply wax to auto body and buff surfaces to protect and shine.
• Apply protective sealant.
• Refurbishing headlights.
• Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
• Understand and deliver to the specific requirements of the customers.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-delivery.
• Maintain the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
