Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Memphis, TN is seeking an Automotive Detail Technician to join our garage-based team. The role involves washing vehicles, interior cleaning, applying wax and sealant, headlight refurbishment, and ensuring service quality meets company standards.

The ideal candidate has prior detailing experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and is willing to undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• Previous detail experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash and clean interior surfaces, upholstery, carpet, and surfaces.
• Apply wax to body and buff surfaces to preserve shine.
• Apply protective sealant.
• Refurbish headlights.
• Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
• Understand and deliver to customer requirements.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly for pre-delivery.
• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
