Roush Honda in Westerville, OH is seeking a Porter to keep our lot organized and to support the Detail Center. The role focuses on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, with driving, patience, and multitasking as core requirements.

The position requires organizing inventory, maintaining cleaning supplies, and assisting technicians as needed, with responsibilities including vehicle movement between lots and sites.

Responsibilities

• Organize, rearrange and replenish inventory as needed
• Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times
• Mop, sweep, empty trash, and assist with other duties as needed
• Deliver/collect vehicles for detail work or photos
• Assist technicians and other departments when necessary
• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal points and driving experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize, rearrange and replenish inventory as needed
• Have a complete stock of cleaning supplies accessible daily
• Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times
• Mopping, sweeping, emptying trash, and other tasks when requested
• Putting fuel in vehicles and assisting with other duties as needed.
• Assist technicians, other co-workers, and various departments when necessary
• Keep entry-ways presentable and clear of debris and snow
• Inspect vehicles as needed
• Delivering/picking up vehicles from other lots for detail work, website photos, or transportation
• Transporting people to other off-lot storage facilities to retrieve vehicles for Detail Center
• Ability to work Monday – Thursday 1p-10p and alternating Friday and Saturday 9a-7p
• Must demonstrate proficient driving abilities with a minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks (bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, walking, and standing for prolonged periods. Driving vehicles, and willing to work in all types of weather)
• Consent to a background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license with less than 4 points and no history of reckless driving
