Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking an entry to mid level assembler focused on applying decals and supporting production. You will prepare vehicles, apply decals, and use various tools to ensure quality and efficiency across multiple vehicle types.

Team collaboration, reading work orders, and adherence to safety are essential as you contribute to lean initiatives and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Prior decals experience in automotive environment preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, directions, charts, forms, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch and decimals to 0.01 inches.
• Must be detail oriented, proficient, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for decal placement.
• Apply decals to interiors and exteriors of painted vans and trucks.
• Use hand, air, and power tools as needed.
• Obtain supplies and parts required to complete tasks.
• Assist teammates when decaling is not required.
• Keep the department clean and maintain neat work areas.
• Contribute to 5S improvements and lean initiatives.
• Adhere to quality, quantity, performance and safety standards.
