Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an Automotive Business Consultant to build strong client relationships, improve dealership efficiency, and drive profitability nationwide. You will identify issues with dealership personnel and apply proven consulting programs and industry knowledge to resolve them.

Training spans ~90 days with field mentors, online courses, and instruction in Dayton/Houston. Base salary during training is $60,000–$63,000 with quarterly bonuses later; total income targets start

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays up to 5 nights per week.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (few moving violations in 3 years; none in 5 years).
• Reliable home internet for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with customers and drive their dealership efficiency and profitability.
• Identify trouble areas within dealerships and apply consulting services to resolve issues.
• Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support and problem resolution.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow consulting services sales through client trust.
