Automotive Dealership Lot Porter

Position Summary:We are looking for a motivated and reliable Lot Porter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our dealership lot, ensuring the lot is organized, and supporting the service department with various tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized lot, ensuring vehicles are parked properly and in an orderly fashion.
• Assist with lot maintenance, including moving and staging cars as necessary.
• Take high-quality photos of both new and used vehicles for online listings.
• Write and manage repair orders for vehicles in the service department.
• Manage key machines and ensure accurate tracking of keys.
• Assist with basic dealership tasks as needed, supporting both sales and service teams.
• Use dealership software systems to track inventory and complete necessary paperwork.
• Help with vehicle deliveries and assist in keeping inventory updated.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time in all weather conditions.
• Experience or interest in using computer systems and new technologies; prior dealership experience a plus.
• A positive attitude, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle physical work.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a dealership or automotive environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repairs or service processes.
• Familiarity with vehicle photography or digital imaging tools.
