DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Automotive Deal Clerk to maintain the accounting system for in-stock and sold vehicles. The successful candidate will have high energy, be able to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities include processing all retail deals, handling warranty, gap, and aftermarket products, producing daily deal reports, managing customer trade payoffs/titles, and performing other accounting tasks as required.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in automotive field preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Computer literate to include Word and Excel.
• Experience with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, adding machine.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Mansioni

• Process all retail deals.
• Process all warranty, gap, and aftermarket product.
• Daily deal reports to department heads.
• Customer trade payoffs/titles.
• Perform other accounting functions as required.
