Grease Monkey® is looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Greensboro, North Carolina, responsible for all aspects of customer service in a Grease Monkey center. This role involves providing exceptional service, maintaining customer communications, and performing clerical duties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in customer service and general office tasks. This is an hourly position that includes a range of responsibilities from customer interaction to maintaining the waiting area.
