Premium Velocity Auto / Jiffy Lube (PVA) is seeking dependable, growth-minded Automotive Customer Service Advisors who can build trust, guide customers confidently, and deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish. No automotive experience needed -- we train!

A valid driver's license is strongly preferred, but not required. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll guide customers through their visit and perform basic maintenance as a trained Lube Technician.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review their service needs, and escort them safely from their vehicles.
• Clearly explain available services, promotions, and recommendations.
• Provide unbiased, trustworthy recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate service updates throughout the visit.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers, basic component replacements).
• Review completed services with customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage return visits.
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned.
