Join our team as an AUTOMOTIVE CONTRACT CLERK at INFINITI of San Jose

Infiniti of San Jose is seeking to add an Automotive Contracts Clerk to our growing, independently owned dealer group.

Position: AUTOMOTIVE CONTRACTS CLERK

We are looking for highly motivated, honest, and ethical individuals who can work independently and in team settings. We offer competitive benefits and promote a family-oriented work/life balance, investing in the future of our employees.

The Contracts Clerk will perform a variety of administrative duties including posting new and used car deals in accounting, managing dealer trades, processing payoffs, schedule reconciliations, and vehicle documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Process new and used vehicle contracts promptly, especially at month-end
  • Handle payoff trades as soon as funding is received
  • Process dealer trades and reconcile flooring
  • Maintain accurate weekly and monthly schedules
  • Cancel and reconcile warranties
  • Reconcile commissions and bonuses
  • Process wholesale sales
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive accounting or automotive experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong research and follow-through skills
  • Professional and dependable
  • Friendly demeanor with career growth aspirations
  • CDK/ADP experience preferred

Job Details: Full-time, Monday-Friday
