Job summary

Grease Monkey in Laramie, WY is looking for a Content Creator/Lube Technician who can perform high-quality automotive maintenance while capturing the shop's personality on video. You’ll split time between the bay for service tasks and the studio for video creation.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, editing 3–5 short videos weekly, posting 5 daily stories, engaging with followers, and coordinating with management on promotions.

Qualifications

• Eye for lighting, framing and scroll-stopping visuals.
• Mechanical aptitude with automotive work.
• Proficiency with mobile video editing apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace "set".
• Communicate mechanical issues clearly to service advisors.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage and educational clips.
• Edit 3–5 high-energy Reels/TikToks per week using trending audio.
• Engage followers via daily Stories (5+ per day) and respond to comments/DMs.
• Collaborate with management to highlight promotions or seasonal services.
