Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE and/or ICAR certifications or background in automotive repair and cost estimating required.
• Ability to multitask.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Previous body shop experience preferred.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Reasonable computer skills, ability to use a mobile computer device.

Responsibilities

• Complete all details of the Condition Report using a tablet, including vehicle data, condition, costs, and photos.
• Make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value.
• Assess vehicle condition at delivery and document damage or repairs for paint, engine, AC, electronics, tires.
• Maintain knowledge of labor rates, parts charges and manufacturer updates; follow procedures.
• Demonstrate commitment to workplace safety by following safety procedures.
• Provide sale day assistance including lane coordination, locating/moving vehicles, and jump starts.
