Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD software (UG NX and/or CATIA V5).
• Knowledge of GD&T principles.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or component development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of accessories from feasibility to final validation.
• Coordinate product quotations, technical planning, and development with sales/engineering.
• Develop components based on customer drawings and specs with design accuracy.
• Oversee supplier selection, accessory code applications, and standard conversions.
• Validate first-batch production samples against drawings and specs.
• Assist procurement and QA in supplier audits and QTS recognition.
• Track development progress, maintain accessory catalogs, and manage samples.
• Prepare technical documents and testing results for first article recognition.
• Verify and optimize processes for accessory installation tools.
• Develop and update SOPs for accessory development and production.
• Support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in FMEA to mitigate design risks.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and related standards.
• Engage in training and communication with team and customers.
