Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, estimating, and quality control
  • Oversee a team of skilled technicians and ensure their productivity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance companies
  • Implement cost-effective strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

  • Current PA Estimator Appraisers license
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Shop Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
