Diamond Quality Collision in Alexandria, MN is seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Repair Technician to perform advanced body and structural repairs on a range of vehicles, including aluminum and steel. You will teardown, assess damage, and reassemble, ensuring OEM standards and safety guidelines are met.

The role emphasizes attention to craftsmanship, collaboration with estimators and painters, and maintaining a tidy, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair, body work, or refinishing.
• Proficiency in aluminum, steel, and structural repair techniques.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred (not required but a plus).
• Strong understanding of repair procedures and materials.
• Ability and understanding of operation of frame machines, welders, and refinishing tools safely.
• Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
