Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Disassembles vehicles as per estimate.
  • Reassembles vehicles as required.
  • Mirror matches all parts on every vehicle.
  • Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
  • Notifies management of any additional repairs and parts needed.
  • Assists Supervisor/Estimator in creating a detailed supplement of all parts, and operations required to complete repairs.
  • Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
  • Cooperates and assists other personnel in the disassembly, and reassembly of vehicles.
  • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Willing to attend all mandatory training as required by management.
  • Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Performs other tasks as required by management.
  • Focus on Quality and Service.
  • Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
  • Maintains awareness of safety and follows workplace safety requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate one on one effectively
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Valid Driver's License

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • I-CAR certifications recommended but not required.
  • Vocational training, or prior experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
