Kocourek Byrider is seeking an Automotive Collections Associate to support our CNAC financing program and help customers stay on track with payments. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and collaborative problem solving within a team.

The ideal candidate will have collections or loan-processing experience, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. A customer-service mindset and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
• Familiarity with multiple computer software a plus.
• Flexible to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutions.
• Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and send collection notices and correspondence.
• Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately.
• Partner with customers to resolve billing or payment concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiries.
• Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met.
• Communicate potential risks or trends to management.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
