A confidential recruitment firm is seeking a Technical Synthesis Quality Lead to support the Body, Chassis, Interior Quality Team. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience in automotive product engineering. Candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include analyzing defects, writing control sheets, and contributing to APQP/PPAP processes. This position offers the opportunity to work on quality targets for automotive production.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in automotive product engineering or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of defect resolution and escalation processes.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write control sheets for new parts and translate sheets for carry-over parts.
• Analyze chassis/suspension defects detected.
• Perform daily follow-up of all defects.
