Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service certification preferred.
• Experience as a service technician with CDJR vehicles is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with thorough knowledge of automotive systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical CDJR vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections.
• Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately.
• Explain repair options clearly to customers.
• Keep up-to-date with training on CDJR products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities
