Krause Auto Group is hiring a Cash Application Specialist to join our accounting team. This role focuses on accurate cash application, AR maintenance, and timely processing of customer payments across our multi-brand, multi-state group.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive accounting experience is required.
• Knowledge of CDK software is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Process cash receipts, payments, and bank transactions accurately.
• Maintain AR aging schedules and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Prepare monthly statements for customers and fleet accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing and accounting support as needed.
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and management teams.
