Job summary

Brose Group is seeking a vehicle interior design professional to drive concept development from pre-development through to serial production. You will work on seat components, plastics and foams, applying CATIA V5/V6 to deliver production-ready designs.

The role involves design for manufacturing, tool compatibility, and collaboration with suppliers to ensure milestones are met across North American locations. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing automotive complete seats or related interior components.
• Strong CATIA V5-V6 knowledge and ability to create complex surfaces and assemblies.
• Familiarity with molded foams, plastics, and automotive interiors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package investigation of component parts and technical assemblies.
• Design conceptualization and construction from pre-development to series production.
• Design for manufacturing and tool-compatible design.
• Developing and presenting design concepts and new technologies in projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and participate in customer meetings.
• Production support and validation during tooling and industrialization.
