Vehicle Assembly Technician – Composite Vehicles

Rezvani Motors is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Assembly Technician to join our growing production team. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most extreme and exclusive vehicles in the world, combining advanced composite technologies, high-performance engineering, and hand-built craftsmanship.

Our vehicles are built in low-volume production using the latest fiberglass and carbon fiber composite components integrated onto premium donor vehicle platforms. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about automotive craftsmanship, precision assembly, and cutting-edge vehicle design.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fit fiberglass and carbon fiber body panels onto donor vehicle platforms
  • Perform precision alignment, fitting, trimming, and adjustment of composite components
  • Install exterior and interior vehicle components to high cosmetic and functional standards
  • Work with advanced materials including fiberglass, carbon fiber, aluminum, and specialty composites
  • Modify and adapt mounting points, brackets, and hardware as needed for proper fitment
  • Ensure all assembled components meet Rezvani quality standards
  • Collaborate with fabrication, composites, engineering, and design teams
  • Diagnose and resolve fitment or assembly issues during vehicle builds
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow assembly procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in vehicle assembly, coachbuilding, composites, motorsports, restoration, or custom automotive manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of fiberglass and carbon fiber materials and handling techniques
  • Strong understanding of body panel alignment, gaps, and fit-and-finish standards
  • Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and assembly fixtures
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or assembly instructions
  • Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and quality
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with exotic, luxury, off-road, or specialty vehicles
  • Composite trimming, sanding, bonding, and finishing experience
  • Experience with low-volume or prototype vehicle productionMetal fabrication or welding experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with aftermarket or custom vehicle integration
