About The Position: The Automotive Body Technician is responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer and safety standards while working in a flat-rate, productivity-driven environment. This role performs vehicle disassembly, follows OEM repair procedures, completes repairs efficiently, and conducts quality self-inspections prior to vehicle delivery. Ongoing communication with estimators and production leadership is essential to support accurate repair planning, supplements, and timely workflow.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Collision Center Manager
$7,500.00 sign-on bonus after successful completion of 90 days. This is a flat-rate position, offering the opportunity to earn based on productivity and hours turned.
