Job Title: Auto Cosmetic Spot Repair Technician

Are you passionate about cars and skilled in auto body repair? JSR Colorworks, a family-run business serving the Philadelphia area for over 16 years, is seeking a highly motivated, self-reliant repair and paint technician for mobile auto cosmetic spot repair. We specialize in high-quality small damage repairs on-site for convenience and quick turnaround.

Responsibilities include:

1. Understanding proper auto body prep procedures
2. Performing minor damage repairs
3. Applying proper painting techniques
4. Communicating effectively with clients and making verbal sales

Qualifications:

• Own transportation during training; company vehicle provided afterward along with necessary equipment
• Ability to work in multiple environments
• Personable, enthusiastic, professional communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Training pay starts at $16/hr, transitioning to commission-based pay upon completion of training
• Income potential based on sales and self-motivation
• Hours: Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays
• Healthcare and 401(k) benefits included
• Paid PTO after 1 year (1 week) and after 2 years (additional week)
