Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Body Technician role located in Ashland, MA. The Automotive Body Technician will repair and restore vehicle bodies by assessing damage, removing and replacing damaged panels, straightening frames and structures, and preparing surfaces for paint. Daily tasks include performing collision repairs, aligning and fitting body components, sanding and masking vehicles, and working closely with painters to ensure accurate color matching and finish quality. The role involves conducting basic vehicle maintenance related to collision repairs, documenting work performed, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The technician will collaborate with estimators and other team members to meet repair timelines and deliver consistent, high-quality results for customers.

  • Auto body repair abilities, including panel replacement, bodywork, and surface preparation.
  • Paint-related skills such as sanding, masking, and coordinating with painting processes.
