Qualifications

• Previous automotive body shop or collision repair experience preferred.
• I-CAR, ASE, OEM, or GM certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and industry best practices.
• Ability to safely operate body shop equipment and repair tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, fenders, hoods, and structural components.
• Measure, straighten, and align vehicle frames using approved repair methods.
• Complete metal repair, panel replacement, and fitment work.
• Prepare vehicles for paint and refinishing when needed.
• Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and OEM standards.
• Inspect completed repairs for accuracy and workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly document repair procedures and completed work.
• Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and fellow technicians.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn $60,000-$70,000+ per year
• Production bonuses paid twice per year (June & December)

• Monday - Thursday

Shift 2

• Tuesday - Friday
