Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to complete and verify documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and Excel skills relevant to a billing clerk role.

Responsibilities

• Audit and post incoming deals into the accounting system.
• Verify details and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, and reports as needed.
• Support month-end close activities and related reporting.
