Job summary

The Atlantic Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Biller to join our finance team. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. The role offers flexible hours with some nights and weekends and a path for advancement based on performance.

Candidates should have strong typing, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills. Training starts at $18/hour with potential raises as you gain experience, and benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.
• Receives and processes all paperwork from the F&I department.
• Prepares tax and title documents.
• Ensures that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted.
• Assists in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork.
• Provides additional administrative support as needed.
• Maintains an orderly accounting system.
• Maintains accounts payable/receivable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

We will TRAIN YOU! Earn while you LEARN! Paid training @ $18/hour for the first 60 Days. Thereafter you will earn $19/hour with the opportunity for pay raises as you gain experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experienced Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in an automotive dealership
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds experience
• DMV knowledge
• Ability to separate deals
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends

Schedule 5 Day Workweek (40 hours) Incl Nights and Weekends

Schedule 5 Day (40 Hour) Workweek includes Nights and Weekends. Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.

Hours Example :

Weekdays could be 1 pm - 9 pm or 9 am - 5 pm.

Saturdays — 9 am to 6 pm

Sundays — 11 am to 5 pm
