Job summary

The Napleton Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Biller to ensure the correct flow of documents from the Finance Department at Oak Lawn Honda. This role involves billing for all vehicles sold, calculating profits, and reconciling financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have automotive billing experience and be willing to undergo a background check. Besides offering competitive pay of $24.00-$26.00 per hour, we provide benefits such as medical insurance, paid vacation, and fantastic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Automotive Billing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CDK preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
