Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up appointments.
• Respond quickly to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat using scripts.
• Provide initial vehicle information and direct customers to resources.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or who no-show.
• Stay informed about newest vehicles and technologies.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.
