Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and set follow-up appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts.
• Provide initial vehicle information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book an appointment or no-show.
• Stay informed about the latest vehicles and technologies on the market.
• Participate in team and process development sessions with management.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.
