Job summary

Napleton Toyota of Urbana, part of The Ed Napleton Automotive Group, is seeking a friendly BDC Representative to handle internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for the sales and service teams.

This on-site position offers pay ranges of $20.00-$22.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth. We value customer focus, solid computer skills, and the ability to communicate persuasively.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills required.
• Knowledgeable about call center environments.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.
• Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
