Open Road Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our growing Business Development Center in New Jersey. You will be the first point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments and delivering an exceptional experience across phone, text, email, and chat.

Responsibilities include promptly responding to leads, documenting communications in the CRM, and meeting daily appointment goals while maintaining a positive, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders.
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
