You will be the first point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments and delivering an exceptional experience across phone, text, email, and chat.

Responsibilities include promptly responding to leads, documenting communications in the CRM, and meeting daily appointment goals while maintaining a positive, customer-first attitude.
