Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne is seeking candidates for the 100% REMOTE Service Business Development Center Admin Assistant position. We are looking for someone who possesses quality critical thinking skills and a team-building mindset. Job Responsibilities:

? Prioritize department and department metrics

? Listen to service coordinator’s calls daily

? Prepping service coordinators’ calls for one-on-one coaching, ie, not following scripts, missed opportunities, customer service performance, etc., ready for management to coach

? Coordinating team meetings over Zoom

? Sorting through applicants and prepping potential Service Coordinator candidates for management interviews

Administrative Duties:

? Daily department reporting check-in and prep any missed daily metrics by agents for management escalation

? Update team numbers for reporting

? Create spreadsheets or outlines for management

? Analyzing numbers and coming up with contest ideas for the team to consistently improve department goals.

Job Qualifications:

? Admin Assistant or customer service experience

? Must be proficient on phones and computers, with strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, Formulas

? Strong team player

? Professional and polite demeanor

? Friendly and outgoing

? Organized, detailed, and able to multitask

? Experience and knowledge in the automotive industry is a strong plus

? Being bilingual is a strong plus
