Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in an engineering research capacity is required.
• Ability to translate, adapt and apply knowledge to engineering research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong communication skills.
• Experience in academic research is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in the experimental areas of connected and automated vehicles and automated driving systems.
• Apply advanced sensing, V2X, vehicle localization, hardware-in-the-loop, and in-vehicle testing tech.
• Extract and analyze experimental results and prepare technical reports for sponsors.
• Prepare and present papers; assist in proposals, budgets, and timelines; support teaching activities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
