Job Description
About The Role:
The Assistant Manager is a full-time, hourly position based on business needs. As a key holder and manager on duty (MOD), the Assistant Manager oversees store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or as required. Responsibilities include managing automotive retail service and repair operations to meet standards and achieve performance and profitability goals. Ensuring all team members deliver exceptional 5-star service, communicating effectively with guests, and meeting time and quality expectations are essential.
Compensation:
The hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, with potential additional incentives. Pay depends on experience.
