About the Position of Assistant Manager

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing established policies, procedures, and standards; scheduling mechanics and technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and maintaining a safe environment for team members.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Responsibilities include directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians; staging vehicle repair/maintenance work; driving sales initiatives; communicating directly with customers; assessing customer needs; providing information on repairs and maintenance; ensuring customer satisfaction; and striving to meet expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements: 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States; and at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role.
