Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position

1. Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely work completion, and maintaining safety.
2. Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality service. Communicates with customers, assesses needs, and aims to meet expectations.

Qualifications
