Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Mavis Tire, part of the Tuffy Tire & Mavis Tires & Brakes family, is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Fenton, MI. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Position Details
Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and under-car repairs, directs workflow of mechanics and technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. They also drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, assess needs, and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications
