We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Texarkana, TX. With over 2,000 locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the US.

Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. They communicate with customers to assess needs, provide information, and ensure satisfaction, while driving sales initiatives.

Qualifications
